Short Term Stay

Who is Eligible?

The applicant must require skilled nursing care as evidenced by a physician’s order for a short term stay.

How Do I Apply?

You are welcome to tour our facility to determine if Eger’s Scheduled Short Term Stay program is appropriate for your needs.  Before a reservation can be finalized, an application must be completed.  Additionally, a medical history and summary by a physician, and a home visit is required.

Reservations should be made in advance to ensure availability. 

How Do I Pay?

Medicaid will pay for individuals to stay in the Respite Program.  Non-Medicaid persons will be required to pay privately.
