Social Adult Day Care at Eger

Join us in a home-like, secure, simplified environment located on the grounds of Eger Health Care and Rehabilitation Center.

Our program offers a safe alternative for older adults and others who are frail, chronically ill or disabled.

Being able to turn over care giving responsibilities for short periods of time is both therapeutic and revitalizing.  Time off can make constant care giving a good deal easier and delay the possible need for nursing home placement.

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Extended Hours:

8:00 to 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Half days available

Participants may attend the program in any combination of weekdays from a half day to five days a week.  The program can be tailored to meet your needs.

Transportation

Transportation must be provided.  Participants are met curbside and personally escorted to and from any car service.
